The April 4th Wednesday luncheon will once again be a fun celebration of an early 'Kentucky Derby' celebration! Please don your fun finery and come join us on Wednesday, April 23rd, for some Kentucky favorite foods and an early running of the roses! If possible, RSVP using your bulletin insert and/or phoning the church office at 321-773-1815 by Monday, April 21st, so that we know how much food to prepare! See you on April 23rd!

We are meeting every Sunday at 11:15 in Classrooms 5/6 with an in-depth study of the Old Testament Prophets. We have the Bibles, or you can bring your own. Come and join us!

Our last opportunity for serving at the Daily Bread will be April 30. They will be closing their doors on the Fee Ave location on May 9th. The Fee Avenue property will be sold as soon as possible, but until then, the administrative offices will remain there. Once the sale is finalized, they will move their offices to the South Brevard Sharing Center, a longtime partner that has graciously welcomed them. While they will not provide direct services to unsheltered clients there, this will serve as the home base for their outreach and case management teams. They will also support Sharing Center activities, such as their food pantry. The warehouse distribution center on Morningside Drive will continue to operate, playing a critical role in feeding our community. In addition to providing meals for Daily Bread and their new food truck, the distribution team supports 250 community meals per month and supplies food to 31 partner agencies and food banks. Merle Steward delivered our March collection of 229 clothing articles and 41 miscellaneous items to the Daily Bread.

We are studying the book “Pew Sisters” by Katie Schuermann with eight study questions after each chapter for discussion. Lift meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month.
