For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. Romans 12: 4-5

Brother or sister, can you spare some time?

Money doesn't solve everything. You can't buy volunteer help, which is just what Ascension Lutheran Church needs now! Perhaps you are waiting for somebody to ask you to serve on a committee or chair or serve on the Church Council. Why wait? VOLUNTEER! If you see a need, volunteer to fill that need.

How often do you hear, "That should be fixed!" or "Why hasn't that been done?" or other observations? Be the one who steps up to the plate and does what needs to be done! Add your existing talents or learn a new skill; your participation as a leader or team member is equally valuable.
